The staff were very friendly and professional. The location was very convenient as the hotel is located near many shops and restaurants and it is an easy taxi ride to other parts of the city. The breakfast was also excellent.

Everything! and I felt all of the amenities and services came at a very good value for money. If you would like to spoil yourself in Oman for a good price (or at least it was so during our visit) for a few days, this would be a perfect pick. The Staff were also incredible! I remember Samir, the manager in charge, he and his staff had gone out of the way to make the visitors feel special. They also have a good Japanese restaurant at the top, and a bar from where you have a good view of the city.

We went to Oman as our friend recommended this hotel. We had some prejudice but we were so wrong. Oman is very beautiful country with very nice calm people full of dignity and humour. This hotel is a paradise, with perfect rooms, garden, beach, restaurants. Staff is extremely helpful and everyone is very competent. It’s a nice mixture of oriental and European flavours. The lobby is so beautiful I guess there are few spaces in this world that can compete. One feels immediately as in a fairy-tale. Dinners are fine with good variety of choices. Special thanks to Krystelle, spa-manager and her team. Krystelle is not only a very high-qualified professional but a very loving person as well that maid our stay into an unforgettable experience. The spa-premises is a wonderful sanctuary from the stress of our world. We will be back in this paradise. Huge thank to all Al Bustan team!
