Very nice hotel. It's near the airport so ideal for people who want to stay near the airport and convention center. I traveled with my parents and unfortunately my father got a little accident at the gym. The staff did their utmost best and offered service to go to the hospital to make sure he was okay. The hotel is near the airport, Al-Mouj neighborhood and of course the City Center shopping mall which makes the location very good for a short business trip. The prices were also affordable compared to other hotels in Muscat.
It is a new hotel, under the new management, and still catching up to the higher standard. But the service from the crew is excellent. Specially mr. Seenu and ms. Sylvia was helping me and family for our needs.. thank you to them and all the crew, my stay and needed was been accommodated perfectly. Will recommend this hotel for a quick getaway.
The staff especially the Receptionist ‘Mr.Kumar’ is outstanding and proactively made all the arrangements for the room including extra bed for kids. Mr. Kumar made sure that we are comfortable throughout the stay right from checkin until checkout. Overall it was a comfortable stay for my family and would like to visit more often.
