Staff super kind, tent amazing, comfortable, the dinner was amazing, the excursions and the experience really beautiful. We did the qaud in the desert at the sunset really funny and the night safari with a jeep. We stuck in the desert but our guide Mana was so nice and kind and he didn’t worry us. The magical night most beautiful in my life. THE SHOWER UNDER THE STARs. WOW

Starry Domes Desert Camp, hotel in Bidiyah

Starry Domes Desert Camp offers air-conditioned accommodation in Bidiyah. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Rooms have a patio.

First of all: the Domes themselves are great - comfortable chairs and beds, good AC and restrooms. Spectacular Ride with 4x4, easy to handle (some guests got driven by the owner - 25 Rials are too much for this Service because they drive the way nevertheless more Times a day). Beautiful sunrise and sunset, spectacular starry sky with lots of shooting stars as well! We had two nights and spend one day reading and chilling in our dome which was awesome.

We had an amazing day at the camp. Faiz is a great guy, so funny and available. The owner is also lovely. The food is 10/10 and the overall atmosphere is super relaxed and family-like. Much more secluded and intimate that other big camps, totally worth your money.

Family of 4 have a great experience at Clouds Desert Camp. Good location away from city and other camps , friendly staff, delicious food . The tent was big and clean , very comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed the sunset-sunrise views, the dune bashing, and my kids left very happy with camel ride. Very affordable and acceptable price compared to other camps prices . Thanks, Salem, for a great desert experience. I highly recommend this camp to anyone visiting Oman's Wahiba Sands.

Our stay was wonderful in the sunrise chalet (you get to see the sunrise above the dunes). The outside area is very spacious and includes a swimming pool and a garden terrace. The two separate rooms with one double bed and three single beds are great for a family. Hot tub and billiard too. The activities in the desert (dunes bashing at sunset and camel riding) were very well organised. The manager invited us for a campfire to drink tea and eat corn on the cob. We had a fun time under the stars talking through the evening.

This was one of our best family stays. The entire camp is very family-friendly. It was Christmas, and guys from the hotel prepared breakfast for us in front of our tent to have a real family Christmas morning. This was great! During our 2-day stay, the staff did their best to provide us with anything we asked for camel ride, night in the desert, lunch outside the restaurant and breakfast in front of the tent. This was an example of how accommodation should be run.

This was a truly incredible experience. Rashid treated us like family while me my husband and 2 kids stayed at his camp. If you are looking for an immersive and serene desert experience go here! We enjoyed a camel ride for the sunset and a nice fireplace chat before dinner. The room was very spacious. Our little ones were able to enjoy the swing and run around to their hearts content. Great value for money. Thank you Rashid and family!

It's so cool staying in the middle of the desert! The staff were wonderful – thank you to Faod and all the lovely kitchen staff. Food was plentiful and delicious. The glamping experience was so fun and the bed was really comfortable and we had lots of space. Also, the program they put together for us with the Bedouin camp and dune bashing allowed us to get the full desert experience. Our highlight was meeting all the camels including a baby one!
