Very nice hotel. It's near the airport so ideal for people who want to stay near the airport and convention center. I traveled with my parents and unfortunately my father got a little accident at the gym. The staff did their utmost best and offered service to go to the hospital to make sure he was okay. Big compliments.

We were 2 couple spent 5 days in Muscat and this hotel.
+ The most important thing that i like was cleanliness. All over the hotel smells good.
+ Staff were kind , polite , helpful and professional. Specially people who work at reception desk.
+ Our room was large enough and we had every thing we need in the kitchen. Equipments are perfect. Also, maintenance was uniqe. (We had problem about waching machine, they change it immediately.)
+ Location was excellent. Near Oman mall and every things are accesible.
+ gym and pool were clean and fully equipped.

The appartment was spacious, comfortable, with a nice view and great location for our needs. It is situated ín a very quiet, safe and nice neighborhood, 10 minutes from the airport.. Our host Salah was kind, welcoming. He helped us with so many things. He is truly a humble, loving and very generous man. We had conversation about history, tradition, family and other things. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing, no body a swered the tel and then after few hours said the number is wrong and blocked me, then i found the location and the villa was fully closed, so it was in the middle of desert, very bad location, no body there and booking.com destroyed our trip with .y kids for first day.
