We throughly enjoyed our stay at the The Orchard; the hosts Maggie and Chris were extremely welcoming and the unit itself was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was great and the bonus tour of the orchard was fantastic. We now have an appreciation of avocado growers - and can now identify the different types of avocados we see in the supermarket!!

I loved this place! it is my dream home, surrounded by greenery and hills.
Our room was simple but spaciuos, clean and tidy with a big bathroom and a very comfortable bed. There is a small kitchen equipped all what is needed, the breakfast was very nice! even if we stayed for one night only, we felt like home!
a plus is the hot pool iacuzzi in the garden, fantastic! the surrounding garden is so lovely and the cat is adorable!

Very quaint and comfortable cottage, well appointed and very functional, super clean, nicely decorated, in a superbly quiet country side location. And yet not far to either beach (Mt Maunganui) or pristine native bush (the Kaimai Mamaku ranges). Very friendly and accommodating hosts and free range chickens roaming around.
A peaceful and beautiful setting just north of the city. Magnificent gardens surround this self contained unit on the ground floor of the owner’s house. I will definitely recommend to friends heading to Tauranga that have a car.
Sue has a little shop where she sells her own soaps and some clothing items. She made me a lovely toddler sun hat for my granddaughter when I asked about one that she only had in a bigger size.
The location and the large house was perfect for what we were looking for. Darren the host went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we were well taken care of and was very kind and welcoming.
This place has lots of space and is ideal for a large group or family. The swimming pool is a bonus.
The Accommodation is not far from Tauranga, and gives a quiet and rural feel to the place. A great place to relax and enjoy some down time.
We have a wonderful extended stay here, whilst visitong from the UK - the location was perfect for visiting our family, beautiful gardens and exceptional breakfasts. Wonderful hosts and we look forward to staying again and will recommend to other family members. Thanks for having us!
Homemade museli was delicious, owners were super friendly and accommodating. It was perfectly suited to our needs - a family of 6 (3 couples) each with their own room and the most gorgeous spa with a perfect view of the sunrise over Mount Maunganui. Amazing!
Definitely the hot tub! Best way to wind down the kids after a busy day being out and about.
Also the jewelery was a bonus. My girls won't take their necklaces off lol.
