Comfortable, clean, attractive accommodation. Quiet. Very friendly and helpful owners. Neighbour's horses wandered in to visit (it really is rural). Great to be able to plug the car in on the three pin plug by the parking spot (and pay for the electricity of course). We arranged this with the owners before booking.

Everything! Chalet comfortable and very well equipped and what a delight to wake to birdsong and blossoms. Also at night the gardens are spectacular - a superb mini holiday!

Great location for where we had to be for family funeral
Had our Heaters turned on for us the day of the funeral as didnt arrive back to unit till late, that was amazing and very much appreciated
Warm and Cosy staff were awesome along with the house keeping relaxing establishment recommend for families on a budget cooking facilities all there we took our own food to cook so we had no reason to spend more money eating out. Train station just down the road so we didn't have to drive into the city to take our grandkids to tepapa 12 minute walk from wellington train station very happy with our stay thank you bristol motel.
Myself and my family were in Upper Hutt for my nanas funeral, and this stay made a sad day just that little bit better....we thank you so much for that! Your home is amazing and we will definitely be back hopefully for more than one night next time 😊
Cosy and the farm animals and river were perfect for family with kids. Had everything we needed and some nice touches like croissants for breakfast and fire going on arrival.
The whole experience was amazing I can't wait to bring my kids back. The host was so considerate she made sure the fire was on and the beds were warm. it was so lovely after a long road trip! I would highly recommend to anyone.
Easy to find, secure with locking gates, we did not use any of the facilities such as breakfast as we were attending a funeral and spent most of our time with family in Manor Park.
