    The villa is spacious and ideal for hosting multiple people or a family. The beds were comfortable and there were two bathrooms upstairs which was great. The bath tub in the main bedroom ensuite was much appreciated. The location is great - not far from Matai Bay and other Karikari Peninsula beaches. We didnt have the opportunity to try the restaurant during our stay as there was no power (major outage in the area that lasted hours - not the fault of the estate).

    Beautiful Room, view, beds and the whole stay was enjoyable. We stayed 4 nights - booked for 3 and then extended our stay. We had to change villa due to the extra night (which was our fault) - and the difference from the first villa to the second villa was amazing. The 2nd villa was sooooo much nicer! Well kitted out and the air condisioning worked upstairs in the 2nd villa. The first villa the air conditioning did not work upstairs Pool was beautiful - and the gronds were excellent. Will diffinately be back - it was so much fun
