We had some car problems on the way to the accommodation so we arrived later than we expected. The hostess already went to bed but contacted us before for the locations of the key. She left the lights on for us. The location was easy to find. The house had a beautiful kitchen and living space. There was coffee in the fridge and some milk in the fridge. The bedroom and bathroom were absolutely awesome! Very clean and comfortable. Also the colation is very nice and quiet. Overall a great experience.

Near to Hobbiton. The home was wonderfully decorated with good spaces for our bags and clothes. Appreciated the information sheet that gave us ideas of where we could eat. Nice outdoor space in the back to have a meal, and enjoy the view of the woods. Loved seeing the horse! it was also nice to have access to the pool if we wanted. The hosts were kind and thoughtful.
