Great value, modern albeit with mostly shared bathroom facilities. Though we seemed to be the only users during off-season, which was a bonus. Tasty food in the adjoining bar.
2023 toasty takeover winners and so many varieties of home-made pies, shame couldn't stay longer.

Beautiful house in a beautiful wee town. Thoroughly enjoyed our girls' weekend away and will be booking again as soon as we can.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
A good stop over en route to Dunedin. Peaceful rural setting complete with baby lambs. Cosy unit, comfortable big bed. Home made bread for breakfast. Friendly hosts.
The hosts of the property were lovely and helpful and the accomodation was great for a family group. The older style hotel has been updated to make it comfortable and homely. The property is tucked out of the way off the street and has a lovely garden for children.
One of two units in separate cabin behind main house. Private little outdoor sitting area from our unit. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Modern but cozy. Continental breakfast provided. Nice views of garden and mountains. Lovely host with a busy family. Great for overnight on the Otago rail trail.
Everything. Very clean all-round fantastic friendly staff. Quiet, great playground for our children and Very handy location to town. I will be happy to stay again with my family.
