Large area with a great outdoors space. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the bay of islands, which was one of my favorite places in New Zealand. We had one room with a lot of area, and another with very little area, so that was interesting.
When Booking the Deluxe Double with Sea View and Deluxe Twin Rooms the Guests will have their own Private Space which includes their private Toilet and Private Bathroom.

There was a little bit of ants near the door in the lounge area, also up the kitchen pantry wall.
The Ash Grove is located in the Bay of Islands, just a 3-minute drive from the Paihia Waitangi waterfront. It offers free Wi-Fi and a peaceful garden setting with a large swimming pool.

Just a short drive away from busy Paihia, you find this very clean and well maintained Motel.
We enjoyed the pool in the lush gardens.
The rooms are spacious, with super comfy beds.
