Large area with a great outdoors space. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the bay of islands, which was one of my favorite places in New Zealand. We had one room with a lot of area, and another with very little area, so that was interesting.

Everything was perfect for our stay, we managed to find a room after such short notice. I love how conveniently close it is to town. You can leave your car parked up and walk everywhere!!
