We had a lovely stay. Janette welcomed us and explained details, which was very helpful. I loved talking with her. She was such a kind host and her all family was too. Thank you for preparing our room as we requested, really appreciate it. The place is really cozy and nice, in a peaceful area. Perfect to stay 2 nights and it was a rest for us during our long trip. We wish to come back in the future. Thank you so much again!
Everything!! Loved the location, the cottage had all that we needed to make Christmas a special occasion. The owners and their family are really nice and friendly. We felt very welcomed.
What a great stay. The cottage is well-equipped and the host is hospitable. there are cute chickens and cows, the children have a great time getting along with the animals.
Everything.
Janette and her husband actually the whole family are so kind and helpful . We planned 2 night stay and then extended it to 4 nights in that little cabin. It is lovely to be there, chickens are so friendly , they come to the door in the morning expecting food 😀
Family with 2 older children: We visited Ashley park in the middle of winter, Girls liked the playground and watched a Movie in the common room.
We expected it to be cold and it was. luckily we took extra blankets and sleeping bags with us and we used the wall heater too
Great that the accessible Cabins were set up with a bathroom between each set of 2 cabins so no walks outside, Hot showers were great!.
Comfortable, clean. Good bathroom with great shower. Well equipped kitchen (gas hob), microwave. Really friendly owners (and pet chickens). Quirky. Good size for two people, or perhaps a family with young children, but not 4 adults.
