This is a really comfortable cottage with 2 bigger rooms & one single room, one shared bathroom, and deck out from the lounge with a lake view. Wooden floors. Double glazed so cosy even though it was winter.
2 heat pumps (lounge & hall) and we enjoyed the wood fire . We were a group of three friends & it was great - private & great for cooking meals. 10 mins drive to Rotorua.

Amazing hosts, they were always quick to reply and so helpful (we had a high roof hiace van that was unable to fit in the parking space provided so they gave up their parking space😁).

Outstanding decoration in and outside , the cleanest rooms . Danny and Mable made us feel very welcome. Lovely and private place to have a incredible family time. Wonderful hosts and fantastic service. Extremely recommended Michelin stared level breakfast made by Mable, also the homegrown and homemade grapefruit jam and mix berry jam.
Facilities are great, comfortable well set up. Perfect for our family to be put in units that were facing each other. Staff very accommodating for us checking in later than the usual check in time.
