Great for families, perfect location, comfy bed, good facilities, amazing customer service. I was nervous after reading other reviews but it was great for us and not so flashy that I was scared to have my kids there. Paid the bond in cash and received it back instantly upon checkout
If you have a pet dog, this is the place you would always want to go back to (not only because of a small jar of treasure found in the pantry)! Nice, well maintained backyard with access to the park. Do not forget to have dog on a lead because children are playing on the playground. You can also enjoy pranks on your family using the bathroom. You have to go there to find out why.
Clean, tidy, great service & location. Manager was very friendly & hospitable. Has everything you need, family friendly. Lived the games room and large undercover dining, especially love the book exchange and games for the kids. Clean facilities including pool and hot spa. Will recommend to friends and family
Cleaning not good and not value for money.
Beds are not comfortable and make sounds all night. Lights bulbs was flicking causing kids upset and disturbing all night..

Arriving after a 5 hour drive with 2 small children, getting the keys was really easy and clear. Our carpark was right next to the room so we just unloaded and then went out to get something to eat, much to the relief of the kids. Sky TV was a godsend in the mornings while we were getting ready for the day, and helped the boys from murdering one another. Location couldn't have been better for being in the mount for a couple of days.
Perfect location around all amenities. The house was very very comfortable with safe parking. Everything was just perfect exceeded our expectations. Kids park just on the door-step made the stay even more enjoyable, kept the child entertained. Staff were very efficient, communicated promptly, keep us informed with easy instructions to follow. Will definitely be recommending to other families and friends. And look forward to staying with them again.
