The evironment is exceptional. Our 2 bedrooms cottage was perfect for 6 guests. Fully equipped, clean, with an awesome terrasse next to the river. Kids enjoyed the playground.

It was such a lovely stay at the Wai hou Oma Lodge. we had so much fun the facilities that were included was well worth the stay. I had so much fun kayaking across the kai iwi lakes and the spa and cinema was a lovely treat to enjoy during the weekend! The beds were lovely made and nice and comfortable! And Cherie the manager was so nice and friendly towards us all she looked after us very well! We are so glad we chose this place we definitely recommend this place to stay!

Great property, loved sitting on the deck with my morning coffee hearing the tūīs and the river running by. The kids just loved the swimming hole. The near by night forest walk was amazing. Chris (owner) briefed everyone and the infrared torches were great! Delighted to see kiwi in the wild!

Awesome Vibe! lots to do and kept my kids entertained for hours. The lake is 3 mins drive from the resort, playground and lots of running space for my young ones. Got to know some beautiful families as well at the resort. Our stay has been lovely and comfortable. We love it that much we added a couple more nights onto our stay.
