Comfy bed, very warm & cosy accommodation with nice & plentiful breakfast options, I especially liked the different bread options & the coffee plunger. It was also very clean with a smart TV. I"m not sure the photos of it do it justice so I went off the reviews & glad I did.

Excellent accomodation. The room is comfortable and bright, and the care and attention in arranging the room was obvious. Several breakfast options are placed in the room, along with a mini fridge containing yogurt and pitchers of milk and juice. the location itself is stunning, with beautiful views and an exceptional opportunity to see the night sky without intense light pollution.

Very comfortable and clean! It felt like a home away from home and it certainly was a home with a view. The view was lovely. We would definitely stay there again. There was ducted temperature control and even though it was winter we were very comfortable

We cooked our own breakfast but the hosts are gracious enough to provide fresh eggs, butter, fresh baked bread, milk and orange juice! The kitchen is outside but super cute!
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Lovely accomodation and location. We enjoyed uniqueness and sitting out on the deck in the afternoon. Close to Waitomo Caves. Small living space but we expected that and managed fine, 2 adults & 2 children. We took in only what we needed, which we packed separately from our larger suitcases ahead of time. Hosts were friendly and we appreciated the breakfast items left for us.
Host was amazing and so helpful.
Place is perfect for what we needed as a mid-stop on a family road trip. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Owner provided complimentary eggs milk and bread. This helped a lot for a quick breakfast before getting on the road
A modern little static caravan, which was conveniently situated near Waitomo caves. It was well-equipped and the hosts provided some breakfast essentials, which were gratefully received. We did not get a chance to sample the BBQ or the outside bath. There is plenty of space in front of the caravan for children to play. Due to the internal space limitations, it is best suited for a couple or a family with up to two young children.
What a fantastic little tiny home to stay in, the hosts were very welcoming and our kids had a fantastic time seeing the milky way in the sky, and saying good morning to the ducks and goats next door every morning
Fantastic spot to stay to see Waitomo caves
Lovely host, but the property needs to be described better.
