Location was great for us. Although we had a car, we made the short walk to the ferry for Stuart Island, which was our reason for staying in bluff. Hosts were lovely a friendly and more than happy to recommend a few spots to see, and a playground for kids. Great selection of books, dvds, and toys for kids.

We liked the warm welcome, air-con on, clean, and tidy. It is well thought out for family staying. The welcome from Kane was very hospitable and informative, and sharing his wealth of knowledge really added to our excitement for our stay in Bluff. Definitely value for money. We would stay again and recommend to friends.

The service was exceptional. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding and they made us feel like a part of the family and went out of their way to celebrate with us. I wish we'd stayed more than just one night.

The [property had a great feel to it, like stepping back in a time capsule. So nice not to have the glitz of a hotel and the sterile feel of a motel, more like being part of a family establishment. Cozy lounge area, a breakfast area with everything you could need. Shared tables etc/ Plenty of advice. Rooms a bit on the small side and some rooms with shard facilities. but overall delightful. Great location, close to the ferry and most things within walking distance.
