Amazing staff, awesome breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, ultra comfortable pillows. Staff very friendly, polite and respectful and always tried to make things easier for guests. No job was too little or too big and was always done with a smile. We arrived early just to ask if we could drop our bags off, instead they went ahead and got our room ready by 11am and we were welcome to go into the room if we wished..3 hours before check in at no extra cost!. Will definitely go back if ever in New Plymouth again and will definitely recommend to others. Keep up the amazing work you do because your efforts do not go unnoticed.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we love that it is central and walking distance to everything. Staff are friendly, rooms is clean and tidy and we will definitely stay here again. Shower pressure was great as well.
