What a wonderful little cottage! We loved it from the minute we pulled up. Easy to find, about 15 minutes from Hokitika and 15 minutes from Greymouth. The beautiful gardens all around the property, the wonderful view across the field, a nice patio to sit at and have your supper. How nice to be welcomed with a bowl of fresh fruit, a carton of milk and a bottle of orange juice in the fridge. There’s a large washing machine with laundry soap provided and you can hang your clothes on the drying rack inside or outside on the line. This is truly a home away from home. Kelly is an absolutely perfect host and her unit was a home away from home. The unit was immaculately clean and Kelly has really gone above and beyond to make one's stay at 3-mile BnB amazing. The unit has all the necessary amenities (except for a stove/oven) and Kelly has provided a wonderful little breakfast spread and assortment of coffee and tea. Kelly also provides a the guests with lots of options for activities in the surrounding area which is very helpful. The friendly pigs (Charlotte and Wilbur) were a lovely bonus!
