    Staff were amazing - we weren’t able to access our accommodation due to flooding, so they upgraded us to an apartment to accommodate our family’s stay. The rooms had been warmed up prior to our arrival, which was very welcome due to arriving in bad weather!

    Very clean, comfortable and affordable in a peaceful green setting. It's a relatively small space but excellent use has been made of it. Perhaps not the best place if you are tall. The food and beverages provided by the host were very generous and thoughtful. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again or recommending it.

    When we arrived we were put in a tiny room which was not what I thought I had paid for. The staff said Booking.com had miss described the room and charged us for a bigger room with a kitchenette but gave us a really small room. However when I got upset, they gave us the room I had booked at no extra cost but blamed booking.com. I liked the new room which was clean, comfortable and had a kitchenette. I also appreciate the willingness of staff to address my concerns.

    There were three couples and one infant so the interconnecting apartments were ideal for us! The apartments were nice and clean and well equipped. Rianne was a great host, very responsive and accomodating ☺️ we will definitely book to stay again.

    We were tavelling to Amberley for family reasons so it was important to us that we were able to stay close to Amberley. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Exceptional host and we would stay again.
