An excellent and welcoming hotel in the Chitwan National Park area. Excellent hotel restaurant with daily live entertainment, hotel staff exceptionally helpful and always smiling and dedicated. We enjoyed the rich breakfast, vegetables, fruit and if the breakfast was not buffet style, it was possible to order directly with the chef's recommendation. Quiet outdoor seating by the pool. The insulation from the jungle heat was fantastic. Accommodation in cabins with all comfort and cleanliness. Everything down to the last detail. Foods generally very reasonably priced, more expensive alcohol is generally a matter of Nepal. The air conditioning is perfect and necessary, the toilet is clean, daily cleaning, the possibility to make coffee, fast internet as a matter of course. English as a language of communication is a matter of course. The Barahi chain of hotels is very similar and the services are exactly the same, at a high level. There is a swimming pool, a bar and places to rest and sunbathe. A 24/7 restaurant is the norm, security at the entrance always greets you and directs you if you ask for advice. Safari is a chapter unto itself. Breakfast in the jungle is inimitable. We saw a rhino right across the river from the hotel. We will definitely return to the hotel next year and can only recommend it. The price level is excellent, you will be hard pressed to find a better one. A clear choice for us.

Very nice and friendly staff. They are helpful and always care that you are well. We had a good experience with the safari tours organized by the hotel. They also helped us to get our bus tickets to Lumbini and made sure that we got the right bus in the stop. Rooms and common spaces were very clean, the shower and AC in our room worked properly. You can have meals at good price in the hotel.

The family is awesomely humble, kind and respectful. It's not like other hotel where you feel like a piece of meat. They are actually here to help you, provide you all you need at a local price. They should even raise their price, the service is worth much more. There's improving the place for the customer satisfaction, building and crafting new things all the time so it looks better and feel better. They want you to feel like you're part of the family, the rooms a big and nice, kinda glass ground so very clean, nice light,and large and comfort bed. We did a tour in the National park with their guides, was more than expected, the guys were awesome too. They know a lot and are really experts in these domains. So I highly recommend that you buy your tours and treks directly in the hotel, it's worth it ! I don't know the value of what all the people around will provide and the price but it will be hard to beat. They make their own food, and also trying to improve for the costumers, feel free to share your thoughts on what can be improved or what you like, they might be able to satisfy you ! Very nice location also.
