I had an incredible time in Pokhara! The convenience of Silver Oaks, along with the support from Mr. Dill (hotel manager) and the breakfast manager ( the girl in charge) really enhanced my experience. A knowledgeable guide ( hotel manager) can make all the difference, and starting your day with a delicious breakfast is always a bonus.

The location is unparalleled situated close to the surrounding mountains. Despite us having visited off season,we still saw some great views of the mountains, even if it was mostly cloudy, with a superb pastel-like sunset. Undoubtedly the views are absolutely incredible on season and would justify the stay alone.
During our visit a local walk was also a great opportunity to see the local rice paddies and a view onto the city below. The room was quaint with stunning views from the bedroom due to the very large window. Food was excellent and the decor in the main living area was very authentic and tasteful. An interesting cultural experience to try the Tongba millet drink which was both flavoursome and boozy! We also very much enjoyed the homemade tea.

I had a wonderful two-night stay. The room was simple but offered breathtaking, million-dollar views of the mountains and valley. The owner, Maya, was very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. She also prepared delicious vegetarian meals and helped me find a courteous and good driver, Mr. Umanath, for my trip to Sarangkot (ask Maya for his contact number) Dont look elsewhere, stay here and you will never get enough of it. I’m excited to come back!

The personnel was friendly and the view of the lake was beautiful. The rooms are old but somehow charming, reminded me.of a grandma's apartment.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Peaceful and quiet corner, surrounded by nature but not far from Pokhara center. The room is comfy and spacious, with private bathroom and a nice view. The people working there are lovely, always smiling and helpful. The food in the restaurant on site is good and affordable if you don't want to go to town. We also tried the pool, it was a nice refreshment!!
The staff was so accommodating that I had to stay for an additional week of bliss! Everyone who works here is fun, kind, and happy. Definitely a place to check out for anyone looking to get away from the tourist lakeside area!
This resort is a perfect hide-away from the city! The view (even from the bed) is amazing and the resort is still close to a small village! I loved the huge terrace and the spacious garden right on the top of the hill! The family is really charming and fulfilling all wishes with a smile on their face! They serve the best chai and the best Momos in Nepal (all other food is very delicious as well!) We will come back soon!
