The location cannot be bettered. Super scenery, great gardens in view. The apartment was kitted out in quality furnishings and equipment. The owners were good people and very obliging. One of the best accommodations we have had in over 46 years of travelling. Excellent!

the check in left me unnecessarily stressed out but turned out not that complicated in the end. So I have heard the owner can be quite grumpy and grouchy, but his younger children totally aren't. The teenager that let me in appeared to be one of the most chill, open minded, awesome persons I felt bad about I couldn't be his friend. Stunning views from this country house from every possible angle!!!
The self check in procedure allowed us to be flexible with our timetable. The room was clean and provided with a sink for the basic necessities.

Absolutely stunning location. Check in was super smooth and easily tailored to suit our needs. The cabin was clean and tidy, with everything we needed. a great spot for families.
Surrounded by Troll wall and towering rocky mountains, very tranquil camping place. We had a private cabin with an interesting loft thru ladder for kids. Bathroom was clean and a small kitchen too. Good base to explore Andalsnes which is only 15-20 min away and Trollstigen. Trollstiggen (Hwy 63 is closed for rest of 2024) but you can still drive 25-min to go to the base of Trollstiggen and still do small hikes to waterfalls and see hairpin road. Great stay overall.
Lovely doesn’t begin to describe this gorgeous space. It is so beautiful with every detail attended to. The bed is amazing as is the bathroom. The kitchen space has everything you could possibly need. It’s wonderful. If ever in Åndalsnes, do yourself a favour and stay here.

Nice place with fun vibe and super host! Halfway between train & bus station and hiking routes start. Fully equipped kitchen, two cafes/restaurants next to hostel.
Comfortable aesthetic of Norwegian cabins/camping, stovetop, jug, kitchen utensils, barrel of clean water, power sockets and cleaning devices. Centralised showers are clean and powerful, basin of clean water at the back of reception while I waited. Staff immediately found my key and said "if there's anything you need just ask". I loved how everything in the cabin was organised, it made settling in after a hike extremely comfortable, safe and stress-free. I would highly recommend this peaceful space
Perfect location with magical view. Very cozy camping with lovely and perfect bungalows. The best place if you travel with small kids and you would like to have some hytte-feeling :)
