The location was great. It was a great stop after ferry from Bodo. The setting of the place is amazingly beautiful. Nice, quiet little place right at the end of Lofoten Islands. It is right in the village where you can get the famous Cinnamon Rolls.

We stayed in a room on the top floor with a private bathroom. The views from both rooms were amazing, and the bathroom was beautiful with great local products to use. We were able to make a filling breakfast every morning and it was nice to also have coffee/tea available in our room. Jack at reception was a wealth of knowledge about hikes in the area and gave us great advice for maximizing our time in Lofoten.

Everything was perfect on our stay in Catogården. The perfect place to stay and plan your time in the mountains, and even better for stormy days, with several cozy spaces in the house. We will be back for sure!

Very well set up in the communal areas. Room though small, was attractively appointed and had everything one needed. Very clean, staff great. Worth the money.

One of the most expensive accommodations during our stay in Lofoten. But unlike the others it was worth every single cent. Large, clean, comfortable apartment, furnished with great taste and with an enchanting view. The only disappointment was having booked only one night. Excellent does not do it justice, superlative is the correct adjective. If I were to return to the Lofoten Islands I would definitely try to return here

The staff wasn't there onsite, but they responded to our inquiries via Booking and were very helpful and polite. The room and the facilities looked just as described, and we had a very pleasant stay.
Very unique experience staying in a rorbuer. Spacious unit in a great location. Comfortable beds. Large kitchen and family area. Can sleep with windows open to cool the room. Be aware it is near a fishing museum so get lots of tourists around the accomodation
Only place available and moderately affordable. Good location and decent beds. Bakery shop next door. Hostel staff was friendly and patient in explaning to a tired traveler the check in basics.
We stayed in a rorbu. It was cosy, comfortable and had wonderful views from the windows looking out onto a small island off the harbour. We had lots of fun watching the seagulls sitting on their nests made in the tyres on the harbour wall.
The kitchen was welll equipped and there was a good sized table to eat off .
