Lovely hotel with great charm, retaining much character but still with a boutique feel and modern facilities and touches. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room overlooking the canal was lovely, comfy bed and whilst bathroom small, still had everything you’d expect from this class of hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of things on offer to suit all. Finally, location is fantastic for exploring the city on foot and a wide variety of shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. Second visit to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Will be back!
