Everything was perfect, we were asked for dinner when we arrived, which was really nice. Communication with our hosts was no problem, especially when we arrived at night 4 hours late, instead of our scheduled check in time. Bathrooms, beds all clean and ready. We booked this place to visit Amsterdam. The 200-year-old hotel is in the middle of the fields, but you're just 20 minutes away by car from P+R Amsterdam Noord, where metro takes you to the centre. First and most important: the owner and her staff are exceptional! The welcome was very warm, and everything was being done to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is among the best I've ever had: a table covered just for the two of us and at the time requested, with freshly baked oven rolls, fresh juice, coffee, cheese and ham, an egg, cereals... Rooms are charming and you wake up to the sound of birds outside. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we are certainly coming back!
