It was a wonderful stay and we loved it! We enjoyed the quiet atmoshpere and the cleanliness. We appreciated the warm welcoming of the owners. We loved the wooden house and just being so close to nature and still having the comfort of the house. Actually we miss the wooden house every day now that we are back home :) It feels amazing to be there.

The location is really nice and relaxing, perfect for a weekend gateway. The bugaloo was really clean, warm and cozy. The host had for us a really nice welcome package. Pets are welcomed and we had the opportunity to have some really nice and long walks around the area. We went for the NY period to escape the noise from the city and although there were still some noise around, there was definitely less than we would have experienced in the city and I am quite happy we went there. We are looking forward to returning in other season as well.

Breakfast was good. We had evening dinner on one day which was also very good. Location of hotel is on a main road but since Exloo is a small village there wasn't much traffic noise. Friendly staff.

The house was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Astrid made it very easy for us to pick up the key, which we really appreciated after a long journey and late evening arrival. The following day we cycled to Nieuw Amsterdam and visited the Van Gogh house - very interesting and well put together - and saw a Hunebed on the way back.
