Boutique Hotel Helder is done out to an exceptional standard. The welcome from our lady host was first class. As was the rest of the stay.
The hotel is on a roundabout which is about a 3 minute walk into Renesse. There is parking outside for guests and secure parking for bicycles and motorcycles.
If we were to visit Renesse again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

Quirky independent hotel … very welcoming. Arrived in a group of 3 soaked through with our bikes. Staff came out to help us. Room for 3 fab. Comfortable very quiet - lovely breakfast including home made muesli. Had trust bar lots of board games. Highly recommend.

Everything was superb. Our room had not been ready when we arrived at the hotel, but they provided us iced coffee with whipped cream and cookies for free at the restaurant so we could rest well after a long drive even while waiting! It was a great service.
The room was spacious and super clean. The receptionists were very friendly. We enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool very much since we expected that the temperature wouldn't go high enough to swim in the ocean at that time.
We'd love to stay there again next year! xD

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The location is great. Nice surrounding area and very close to the beach as well as beautiful villages.
There are also some nice perks in terms of staying in the park: the indoor swimming pool is a massive plus, the activities for kids, all the playgrounds throughout the park, the supermarket (although you still need to go to a bigger one if you want any fresh products…)
quite, clean, suitable for families with children and groups, easy to access, easy parking, easy to grill, lots of fun for children like swimming pool and bicycle riding, video games in the near village, sea side , bar and restaurants in driving access, very delicious ice cream in the Renesee.
remember that there is no food service in the facility and you should prepare it all yourself or eat outside. better to bring the required food material with yourself due to high price of things in Renesee and other villages around.
This family run hotel is a lovely gem. The staff are great and its very relaxing. Having a car is pretty important but great access to the attractions of the area. Breakfast was great and excellent value. Lovely garden to relax in and an honesty bar which is well stocked.
We loved how clean everything was, the comfy bed, shower was great, the kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the sweet local treat we got for breakfast. Also had a trampoline and a large garden with toys that our toddler enjoyed. We had an enjoyable and relaxing weekend. Thank you, Cornelie 🥰
The hosts, ju and ria are great, very welcoming and friendly, helpful, they let us know if we needed anything we could ask, but also gave us our space. Perfect hosts, family friendly, loved the added touch of childrens books and toys which i did read to ours while there. Perfect.
