This is an excellent hotel. Elegant and sophisticated. The staff were exceptional and happy to assist with anything. As soon as you enter the hotel is a calm haven and the staff are friendly, organised and professional. Our room was spacious with amazing floor to ceiling windows overlooking the canal. The air conditioning was fabulous and very quiet.
We were able to walk to the main square from the hotel and even my mother who walks with a cane was able to get around to the best parts of the city.
We would stay here again.

The soundproofing was very good, something to be appreciated especially given that the hotel is conveniently located next to a busy motorway. The breakfast was very good: the choice was great and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Fantastic location, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were big enough for a few nights and clean. The pillows and bed were to die for I’d have snuggled them home if I could have!

The location for the 5 of us to stay close to family was perfect. We were able to walk to the store for snacks, as well we walked to the Greek restaurant. We decided to have the breakfast that was offered and are happy we did. There was an excellent assortment of choices and the coffee was excellent.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and the food in the restaurant was excellent. I was travelling alone with two little children which can be a bit challenging. The lovely staff really helped to make it easier.
An excellent restaurant - very good food and very good service. Spotlessly clean rooms. Well functioning shower. Some nice touches - complimentary bottled water, disposable slippers, good coffee. Lots of parking. Good flat screen TV.
Great hotel breakfast was brilliant as were the staff very friendly and helpful. Nice location with nearby shops and takeaways if you wanted to eat out. We had just the one night but would happily stay here again we had the family room and it had a kettle with tea and coffee as well as a small fridge and tv. Also really close to Hook of Holland port nice easy drive to the ferry.
