Location is perfect, walking distance from city center, train station. Comfortable bed (long!), nice shower, well equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea provided. The little patio/garden is sunny and private. Very quiet and nice residential neighborhood. Airco worked very well and not noisy.

My friend and I really loved staying in this beautiful, well-equipped apartment, which has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including cooking and laundry facilities. The apartment was immaculately clean and the hosts had thought of everything that's needed. There was secure storage for our bikes. Geert was very helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed meeting him. He gave us good tips for trips in the local area. The village of Marssum is historic and peaceful, and the apartment is next to the church and the Poptaslot manor house - beautiful to walk around. It's a nice cycle (about 5k) to Leeuwarden centre, about 3k to the nearest supermarket. Highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again.

Everything was super clean inside and outside of the cabin. Free parking is also very convenient. Yard are is very cozy nice, especially if you have kids. I would say it's a perfect romantic getaway for couples.
The lodge was surprisingly comfortable on a chilly November day. We appreciated the heating being on at the time of our arrival because we were traveling with two small children.
