Lovely large family room with two bedrooms.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole hotel had a very friendly vibe about it.
The location was great for the centre of Horst, which had several good restaurants.
Breakfast was good quality and of the continental variety.
The location of the hotel was only 15 minutes away from the theme park Toverland, which was also excellent.

we only stayed one night because we were invited to a birthday nearby - rooms are like on the pictures (if you want modern rooms, this is not the place). the bathroom was fairly modern/new. everything was clean.
for us the location was convenient for visiting venlo (if you are by car), i think for short stays to explore the surrounding area , this hotel is a good choice.

Even though these were rooms built on top of a garage, I've rarely seen such a clean place, and we were handed slippers and bathrobes, such a nice touch ! Higly recommended.

A little gem in a fabulous location. We had a stop over here on our long journey through Europe and we enjoyed it more than staying in a hotel. The atmosphere of the Pipowagen is amazing, the landlords were super helpful and the family camping it is located in has everything that you need. I hope we can return one day for a longer holiday.
Pipowagen is not really suitable for cooking/ proper tea making, in my opinion, bare that in your mind and pop a kettle in your luggage.
