Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar offered a range of meal options. Great pizza. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Room was lovely and generously sized. Transport to downtown was excellent with both tram and train available. This is a good value option for Amsterdam.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were EXTREMELY helpful and kind and the room though tiny was clean and perfectly functional for my needs. Great location and an excellent introduction to Amsterdam. 5 stars.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Loved that we had our own separate bungalow and access to all the parc facilities. This is a perfect option for anyone with kids, and/or if you want a calmer start and end to your day.
This is our 3rd time staying in Europarcs though in a different locations. We love their accomodation as the ambiance is very chill, nice and quiet. Best for relaxing with friends and family. It's a literally a home away from home.
The location of the park is great for exploring, with it only being a 40 minute cycle into Amsterdam centre. There was lots to do, with the animals being our one year old’s favourite but the swimming pool came a close second. Would recommend for families with young children.
Great place to stay with kids if you have a car - easy access to Amsterdam as close to train station with ample parking. Nice and central for day trips all over.
Pool, restaurant, playground, animals Nice to be entertained but not always out and about. Good to have decent sized living space. Felt very very safe
The park is well maintained and tidy. Staff friendly. Chalets appear to be privately owned so they may all differ in terms of what they are like. Ours was nicely decorated. The kids loved the pool, the animals and the play equipment.
The scenic location in a beautiful reserve was so soothing to come back to each night but also so close by bike to seeing the sights of Amsterdam and delightful Haarlem. We hired bikes for some of our time here but found that the times without them walking with luggage from train station (and kids!) and getting to the closest supermarket were a bit taxing.
The lovely indoor pool and big outside jumping pillow were great extras for kids and the view from our villa of the ducks on the lake was so relaxing.
Beautiful surroundings, easy reach to both Amsterdam and Haarlem. Kids loved it . Staff really friendly ,very helpful. Great we could rent bikes at reception - highly recommend doing this . Lovely coffee and food at Sophias too . Great for families.
Lovely accommodation with very comfortable beds and furnishings. We had everything we needed to have a great family holiday. My kids enjoyed the facilities offered. The train station into Amsterdam was close by, and the forests surrounding the park were beautiful. We spent several days on bicycles exploring the area.
