The neighborhood is safe, and it is definitely a place where you can take the family. The rooms are clean and huge. I had a king-size bed and a very high ceiling bedroom, which made me feel nice. My kids' room was also nice and clean. The staff were extremely helpful they speak English also a good thing. The neighborhood felt extra safe since there's cops and an army 24 hrs around the premises. Every amenities are around the corner. It felt like home away from home. Prices are reasonable. And bonus hot water.

Justin helped us a lot. The hostel is newely opened and therefore looks very modern and clean. Felt absolutely as if we were staying in a chique hotel. Had a large room with balcony included. Justin made sure that we had everything we could possibly need and we even joined a family diner one night, that was amazing. Breakfast is freshly prepared every morning.
It's a 3 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (Maxi Pali) and the street was quiet at night except for one or two chicken buses that used their horn.
The owner Tania and her family welcomed me sincerely after my long travel from Europe, they helped me to set up the local SIM card in my mobile, showed me the area around and took me to the commercial centre to help me finding ATM, markets etc. They were truly lovely, energizing and singing all the time:) Tania can prepare a good dinner for you!! The room was spacious, clean with aircon and felt really like at home, a fantastic authentic experience! Just go to this place and you will enjoy even the raining season here 😀
We had such a beautiful stay with Eduardo here. He looked after us like family. The room was spotless, the bed was so comfy, the tv had Netflix and the breakfast was so delicious. We wish we were staying longer. Thank you!

-preparing a take away breakfast as I was leaving very early;
-taxi booking for early morning (expensive, I need to pay full price, even if I shared taxi with other guests, and they need to pay full price as well);
-nice, smiling owners;
Owner/manager was dealing with a difficult situation beyond his control that caused our check-in to be delayed. He did so very kindly, offering the kids free drinks and treats to feed the monkey(!) while he worked on the room situation. In the end he was able to get us a suitable room and waived the charge due to the hassle. The place was basic but just what we needed, and the owner/manager merits an extra star himself!
Great place to stay in Managua. The owners are super friendly and in the morning there is a family breakfast. We had to change our dates a few times and they were very flexible with this, which was great. Recommended.
This is a little oasis in dusty Managua. Eduardo and his family were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good.
It’s in a great location - on the way up to Altos de Villa Fontana. The hotel is extremely comfortable with a large and secure parking lot and a pristine large swimming pool. It’s a great place for families with kids. The room was clean and cozy and the bathroom was great - with a modern walk-in shower instead of an outdated bathtub (which you can find in older Hilton hotels). Very good price for what you get. I highly recommend this place.
