We only stayed one night at Le Table de Apoyo and it was one of the best experiences we had in Nicaragua so far. Françoise and Renaud are great hosts, they serve delicious food and will give recommendations on places to see in the area. We recommend their breakfast and their one dish dinners. The grounds of this hotel and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. An oasis of calm that we really really loved. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious, the pool a real treat and well designed and the garden overlooking the Laguna just stunning.
