the property was in an excellent location for doing any of the local activities or hikes. there was a grocery store right next to it as well as one in town. the property is clean and you can tell the staff take care of things there. Ocean, one of the front desk people was especially awesome with her level of customer service. everyone was great here.

What I liked about the hotel is the interaction with the local people. It offers local touch in the reception; the hotel had a lovely shop which visitors can buy locally sourced/crafted gifts. Common area had an inviting atmosphere. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful to recommend activities in Koumak.
