The host was super friendly and recommended many food places for us! The house design is also the same as all the photo and information. My sister and I love the house, makes us feel at home and it's convenient to go 99-speedmart to buy the stuff we need. Will come back again if I'm visiting in Kluang! ;)

Great place,good for family healing and gathering,nice view and environment
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Very comfortable, the air conditioner function well, very clean also, the space isn’t too big, isn’t too small. The location is strategic, only 10 minutes away from Kluang Street Art, the hotel is also connected to a mall so we could go to the mall on the other side of the hotel. Has elevator to go to the hotel’s lobby (which is in upper floor) The hotel is beautiful and affordable
The hotel provides all the basic necessities for a short stay. The location is walking distant to nearby eateries for your meals. The hotel staffs were polite and helpful when attending to the needs of the guest. The plus point is that the hotel has elevator option for families with elderly and children.
Overall was good. Well equipped and clean. Can comfortably fit large families. I like that there is a kids play zone area, which is wonderful.
There was request for crossed ID and deposit, though I understand the concerns of the owner, perhaps this could be taken within the system to truly allow seamless check in process.
It's location, nice Deco, same as what is described, large rooms, comfy beds, all amenities are good and functioning, Wi-Fi is fast.. Great stay, value for money and responsive host.. Host accommodate all race/religion, just need to assure no Nan halal food usage and no pets, which is fine with us and we assured the same.
Clean and easy to locate right near KTM Kluang train station, not noisy with the little balcony, but the balcony is empty, will be good if can add on special surprise to welcome the stay or possible dine at balcony will be fun at reasonable cost, as family time out will be happy to have unusual memorable moments.
Place was clean and well-kept. Our kids, 4yo and 2yo both enjoy the time swimming and playing in the pool. Water dispensers were readily available for drinking water. Room was not big but good enough for a family of 4 with two beds. Simple and clean place for stay.
