1. Spacious house with a resort-like environment that gives a good feeling when you first enter the property

5. Host was super efficient in quickly fixing the non-working air cond in the 4th bedroom
6. Host was very thoughtful for providing welcome drinks & snacks
7. Overall the house was clean but the toilet bowl near the dining area needed some cleaning & what looked like insect's faeces underneath the curtains should have been removed.

Clean, quiet and tidy. Host provides towel, and the unit has wifi, smart tv, hot shower, water dispenser, microwave and other basic kitchennete. Air-conditioning are available at hall and master bedroom, nevertheless fans are available at all rooms and hall. With QR code from host, security clearance at guardhouse was very quick. Also nearby makan place are available for dinner and breakfast. Recommended for repeat stay.

I recently enjoyed a 3-day, 2-night stay at a wonderful homestay. The house was very spacious and beautifully designed, with all rooms equipped with air conditioning for comfort. The bathrooms also featured heaters, which was a nice touch. The full facilities made our stay incredibly convenient, and the view was absolutely stunning.
