The cabin is beautiful and spacious with a shared loft space with 3 beds upstairs. The bathroom is huge and luxurious, the kitchen has everything you need. The home is beautifully decorated with little homey touches like books and games for kids.

Small family run business, is very well located and quiet, off the main road, which was very dusty and very noisy with all the construction work associated with Tren Maya. It was 10 min walk from the bus station and 10 min walk to the Xpujil Mayan site. The room was clean and basic, with a very comfortable bed. Great shower, hot water, high pressure. We could pre-order breakfasts to have in our room or lunchboxes for the next day. We tried a breakfast and it was good.

My third visit to the hotel. Stayed in 2021, 2022 and 2023. Friendly family run hotel. Close to ADO bus terminal. Good reception TV, watched the youtube channel. A fridge was outside, good for keeping water, cheese, chicken and fruit cold.

Excellent place - super clean, new, very friendly owners, nice garden. Perfect for one night on the way to Calakmul (or even longer - my kids were sad we had to leave). I really doubt there are better places in Xpujil, we would definitely stay there again if travelling in the region.

Our cabin at Casa Ka’an was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with some nice design twists. Liked the funky deckchairs! It was also very quiet and we slept well. There is a good restaurant on site, so a well as breakfast we were able to have supper there. Very welcome after a long day out at Calakmul.

it's about 2 mins walk from the bus station which (when you arrive in pouring rain) is a real bonus. The rooms are spacious, functional and very clean. The hotel were extremely helpful in suggesting a local tour guide to take us to Calakmul. it's close to one of the shopping streets.

Very friendly staff, happy to accommodate our family as much as they could (they didn’t have cribs for example), offered to arrange tours). Great location, easy to find, close to food and shops.
