The host was friendly and helpful. The room, pool and shared kitchen were all clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped and so many extras were generously provided such as fruit, bread, spreads, drinking water, and a wide range of tea and coffee. It was great to have a smart TV in the room as well as air conditioning and a fan. The location was outstanding - only a few minutes walk from the ADO bus station and walking distance to everything in town. We highly recommend this accommodation, it was amazing value for the price.

Nice and kind staff. I really liked that there was a personalized greeting with some explanation of Casa Xu'unan as well as a bit of where to go and what to do in the city. Nice breakfast with some fresh fruits and juice + something typical from Yucatan. Bed was comfy. Private/closed parking.

The Hotel is in a very charming colonial style yet modern furnishings, spotlessly clean, and an oasis of calm including huge mango trees in the courtyard. It feels very private with the limited number of rooms, which in turn are spacious and very comfortable. We got a baby cot immediately despite not having pre arranged. Our stay was fantastic and among the best hotels on our 3 week trip with 3 small kids. Staff exceptionally friendly as well. Great location.
We really loved the stay! Flat was great: very clean, comfortable exactly as described. Everyone was SO nice, we felt like pat of the family! Also the ceviche was so tasty! Thank you so much!
Relaxed family hotel a short walk from everything you might need. We loved the hammock outside the room and the pool to cool down. Secure parking meant we could keep the rental scooter safely overnight.

The most important thing was the people. The owner and the staff were so friendly and we had a lot of fun together. They prepared a Christmas dinner for everyone there and felt like a family.
The pancakes for breakfast were very tasty.
There was a friendly atmosphere between the guests and the garden was a very nice space to spend the day and the night.
Very kind, thoughtful, obliging and funny couple at a beautiful resort in Valladolid. Being with them felt like having a family. They took GREAT care of me when I had food poisoning which I got from a restaurant in town. We spent a superb time in a truly modern, clean and beautiful hotel and were stunned that it was that inexpensive. Can definitely recommend: 11/10!!
Chi is an amazing host, only for him I would already stay here again :) we felt very welcome right from the first minute. Chi gave us great insider tips on where to go (cenotes etc), and even drove us to one! We had fun nights together! We wish all the best for Chi and his family! The room had a really big bed, and the temperature was fine in the night (only a fan for the downstairs room).
Hotel Posada San Juan is a gem! The personal is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and the hotel is situated closeby the central square of Valladolid. We stayed here with our 2 kids of 7 and 4 and this hotel is very family friendly.
We booked a family room (2 adults, 2 children). It was spacious, clean and had direct access to the patio area so we could relax whilst the kids were in bed. Coffee and cookies available from 7 and parking across the street. Great location very close to the main square. Staff were friendly and helpful
