The location was superb, if you go out the door by the new towers, you are at the back of the zoloco. The Staff at the front desk and porters are beyond helpful and friendly. Lulu our room attendant excellent. On site restaurant very reasonable prices and friendly efficient servers. Also free coffee and water for hotel guest in the lobby. Little rooftop terraces on 7th floor where you can bring your coffee to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Catedral. Oh they organized a taxi to take us to the airport and another for a trip to artisan Market.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Those who have left bad reviews here are either inexperienced travelers or dont know how to use the internet. If youre paying this price, near an international airport, you shouldn't expect any better. Not that its a bad option! We enjoyed a perfectly comfortable layover and will certainly return for another short-stay in the future. Place was clean and everything functioned as decribed. Friendly staff!
It’s a grand American style hotel and has many restaurants and service people standing around at all times. The location is great and perfect for a city holiday. They also offered a baby bed for our kid and the room had a really amazing view’
This location is so great for the price. Almost everything was a short walking distance. The neighbourhood was very authentic and had many families, dogs, kids etc. I would be careful turning right when leaving the hotel at night (end of the street is a little bit dodgy).
The terrace outside our room on level 3 was really lovely and pretty with festoon lights etc.
Optional daily house keeping was nice if wanted.

The location is incredible, there are a ton of great places to hang out right outside, and the room itself was really suitable for a family, we were able to put the baby to bed and then stay up in the dining area of the room. Really nice bathroom as well.

The hotel is a gem! It is in a great location, very quiet and safe. The interior garden and restaurant are lovely. The breakfast was just perfect. Our room was a suite, with separate bedroom and living room with a futon. It could easily accommodate a family with two young children. There were very good black-out blinds to keep the room dark. The front desk staff were extremely friendly.
