Very racist. The hotel manager had to tell the staff to give me room service. They deliberately ignored our calls/messages in English and Spanish when requesting room service for two full days. After I asked if room service was down, the manager forced the staff to start answering our calls. Afterwards I stopped ordering food, because I realized we were getting sick after consuming the meat. I thought maybe because we are foreigners our stomachs were adjusting, but one day I realized all the meat we ordered wasnt fully cooked. I began ordering Uber eats, I eventually checked out two days before my original checkout date due to the power going out continuously

We stayed here during hurricane Beryl. The hotel was well prepared, staff very friendly and the breakfast good. We ended up extending our stay. The location right across the shopping center was also a great plus.

Our stay at Casa de Campo was incredible. Lety and Carlos are the kindest people that made us feel super welcome. They catered to all of our needs and we felt really at home. If you plan to visit places outside of Merida (denotes, beach, temples), I highly recommend to stay here. The vibe of the hotel is very relaxed, the food is delicious and the rooms very beautiful and comfortable. It is also very child-friendly and the hosts have great recommendations for activities in the area.
Beautiful tranquil gardens, Lety & Carlos are outstanding hosts and make you feel at home from the minute you walk in the door. Rooms were clean and comfortable. we’d happily have stayed a few more days to relax. They were incredibly attentive to our 7mnth old baby and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were all happy. the pool is a great bonus to take the edge of the heat!
Truly one of the nicest places we have ever stayed thanks to the hospitality from Carlos, Lety and family. The rooms are lovely and light, the bed was incredibly comfortable and we greatly enjoyed the breakfasts overlooking the pool and gardens as well as relaxing outside our room. A wonderful spot just outside Merida.
