All the gorgeous plants and trees, the pool, the birds! PERFECT location: literally a 5 minute walk to the village of Macario Gomez with its AWESOME little eateries and shops for essentials, and a short drive from dozens of different cenotes and ruins to explore. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and we could hardly tell there were other people staying there, each of the villas are so well tucked away.

Although it was just one room it seemed very big because of the roof. The design was also lovely.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Amazing place to be, surrounded by pristine nature, wonderful wildlife and away from horribly touristy and overpriced Tulum. We were pampered by Hector, Louis and Alfredo in their beautiful boutique resort. The hospitality and warmth are exceptional and we feel like staying with family. Very happy that we booked to stay here for 3 nights and extended in the end. I rated it highly as a eco friendly and wildlife hotspot destination.
The property was a lovely glamping type cenote accommodation. The owners were a caring and attentive family who gave it a homely feel and a personal touch. It was an immersive experience with the jungle, cicada and waterfall sounds. Lovely walks and restaurants in the nearby area.
Communication prior to our trip was excellent. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Hector collected us from the bus and was present throughout our stay, always checking we had what we needed. The hotel is small with a family feel and extremely well thought out. There is everything you need. Spotless, comfortable and within walking distance to the ruins. Hector took us to a cenote one afternoon which was very close and stunning.
Loved every minute of our stay and didn't want to leave.
Design is grand, with lots of interesting and different places to sit and chill out, have drinks etc, including pool with bar stools and loungers inside it. Wonderful big trees inside the interior courtyard. Owner/ Manager is lovely and very attentive. Their little dog - Cappuccino - is gorgeous and fun. Rooftop views are good of lake & pyramid ruins.
The hotel location was close enough to walk to almost everything yet the lakeside site was quiet, lush, green, peaceful and host to a wide variety of birds. We were close to several local family restaurants and to the main archeological site. The staff provided excellent service as well as recommendations about restaurants and additional sites to visit such as the 3 cenotes (cave pools).
We like the position of the hotel, close to the pyramids in Coba and at the same time at the outskirts of the village in a tranquile place almost in the jungle. We also like the owners, Gill and Poncho, we felt very welcome by them, family-like feeling. We also enjoyed the delisious espresso. You can find the best coffee in their place. We also enjoyed the shared kitchen for meetup and talks.
Service was execellent, the lady in the reception was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and the food in the restaurant too. Good value for money! Rooms were clean and the pool was nice bonus. Seating areas (the one on the second floor and the one on the yard with hammocks) were nice places to chill. And there were also playing area with toys, which our kids loved!
WOW - super property. We had a lovely family apartment - with every facility. Gorgeous pool area. Very quiet.
Close to town, some lovely authentic local restaurants - simple, family run
This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Everything is taken care of in such loving detail. Our hosts made us feel like part of the family at this little slice of paradise. Always ready to help and offering ideas of what to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
