The hotel administration is very helpful and attentive.
Upon check-in, I received an electronic key for the entrance to the hotel and the gate to the parking area, which gave me the opportunity to drive my car and return at night on my own.

We liked the house very much. It was perfect for our group of five people; there were two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa. The bathroom was nice, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The whole house was very clean. There was a parking spot in the yard. I definitely recommend it!

The accommodation's location which is 10 min walking near main square of Bălți more than made up for it. Being right in the heart of the town, we had a fantastic selection of dining options, ranging from charming small cafés for breakfast in the mornings to larger restaurants for a dinner, all within a 5-10 minute walk. It’s a truly excellent location!
The accommodation manager was exceptionally helpful, assisting us with every request, both small and large. We appreciated their help in extending our stay with them, due to our plans got changed and we decide to stay longer in Bălți and due to our love for the property and its prime location there was nothing better the location could offer. Additionally, they graciously held our luggage on-site for five hours after checkout, allowing us enjoy the last hours in town on light feet until our evening departure to Chisinau.
All I can say is that our stay in Bălți wouldn’t have been as wonderful if we had chosen different accommodation!

To save money I booked a windowless room. Actually the room had a window, which overlooked an indoor stairwell. But solid curtains maintained privacy and the place was quiet.
