Great hotel with lovely, helpful staff. I arrived after midnight due to a late flight and they sent all the information to enable me to check-in with absolutely no issue. The breakfast is a mixture of buffet (fruits / croissants etc) and an included hot meal from the menu which includes fabulous options from local cuisine eggs to pancakes to a Full English.
The location is perfect, right in the Old Town and an easy walk from all the main sights. The team at reception were very helpful and stored my bag for me on check-out day until I was ready to leave for my flight in the evening.
I had the single room Aristotle which was perfect for just me. Good shower with lovely included toiletries. The bed was warm and comfortable and the room had an a/c unit for the hot weather.

Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful in every way from advice as to places to visit to arranging a taxi to the airport. Because. I was taking an early flight and would miss breakfast, they even made up a breakfast bag for me to take to the airport. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. Lovely old world charm as well.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Great hotel, close to everything: bus stops, train station, old town, yet it is away from the main area and more quiet, just perfect. Our room faced the courtyard, so it was very quiet! Breakfast was wonderful with many options. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. They had a little kids corner in the breakfast area, and our son had so much fun with all the teddies. The room was beautiful, fresh and modern. Very big and comfortable bed. We had an aircon, which was a huge plus during the July heatwave! We already booked our next stay here.
Great location like 15mins walk from all the hotspots, apartment was clean really child friendly my one year old had a lot of toys to play with! Had parking for free can’t get any better than that! Would come back again
The balcony was nice and the park across the street was sweet. Also, there were several playgrounds for the kids available outside. A decent cornerstore was also nearby. The apartment was well equipped, it even had a high chair for the baby, a clothes rack for drying clothes and an iron. My kids also loved the big bathtub.
The location is absolutely perfect, as my family lives nearby, but it's also a good location in general, close to a forest and nice playground for kids there. Supermarket is super close. The apartment is very nice, well everything is perfect except, I just wish it was more affordable.
Our family loved everything from location, room and spa to the amazing staff, attention to detail and of course lovely hot breakfast. Our children were made welcome and the hotel provided a baby cot and highchairs which made the stay comfortable.
Room is clean and spacious. Pretty good sound insulation. 2 adults + 3 kids can stay comfortably (we even didn't use additional sofa). Kids liked interior much. Special thanks for crib with pillow in blanket. Good water quality, good shower. Solid breakfast and big parking. I recommend for a family stay in particular. Worth every penny.

Fantastic apartment in a central location with a supermarket close by. We were a family of four with small children. The apartment had everything we needed including a crib, washing machine, dishwasher etc. We really appreciated the small touches like the coffee machine fully stocked with beans, kid mugs and dishes, the provision of cleaning supplies (continously cleaning up after small children!), and a fully equipped kitchen.
I was traveling with my husband and our toddler son. Without asking we got a child chair and the crib. There is everything you need in the apartament. Super clean and cosy. We got a free parking place which was a huge advantage. Would recommend this apartament for couples and families!
