The property absolutely exceeded our expectations. The vibe, the ambience, the facilities, everything was wonderful. There is a small pool and a sauna which was nice to use in the morning, since the hotel is small, it was only a few people, at times we were alone in the spa zone, which was super nice. The room was amazing. Modern, spacious, with balcony. It has a perfectly working AC and wifi. Everything is clean and tidy. The shower is well organized, easy to use. The breakfast was only 9eur, but oh dear, it was a huge portion, full breakfast plate, with a dessert after and coffee (that's all included). Just amazing. What we also loved was the fact that all members of staff were so polite and made us feel very welcome (usually near the sea it is the opposite, so we felt very nice, we felt that staff are happy to work there and that they are treated nicely by the owners). The parking is great and spacious. The location is perfect. We loved the property and would absolutely go back again.

I really enjoyed staying at this beautifully maintained property. The place is in pristine condition, boasting perfect cleanliness and everything you need for an extended stay. A lot of care and thought has gone into decorating the interior; the living room is whimsically adorned with reclaimed wood, giving the space a unique atmosphere and character. The beds are comfortable.
Having two restrooms on the first floor is incredibly convenient, especially for larger groups. One of the highlights is the comfortable sauna located in a separate building, which offers a scenic view of the two ponds on the property—the fishing pond and the swimming pond. The perfectly trimmed, cultivated lawns add to the serene environment.
Parking is readily available on-site in the courtyard, making access easy. And I must mention the hosts—they are probably the friendliest people you’ll ever meet, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing getaway, this property is a gem!

It's not right on the kite beach but close enough, and you also get a great backyard to hang out at. A lot of little details that you can appreciate, such as bandaid and disinfectant :) fast and friendly communication with the host and easy self check in. Thank you! The kids also gave 5/5 score.
The location is good and well localised. Excellent place for water sports and camping with pets and kids. The facilities are somewhat. Staff is very helpful .
The location for kiteboarding is excelent - for the riders as well as for the other family members. You can sit in your room with the clear view directly to the sea.
Magical place to relax and enjoy the wind or scenery. Perfect place to stay with kids if you do not want to stay in a tent it is the next best thing. It is family friendly place Lovely restaurant on site and coffee shop nearby. Staff were friendly and relaxed. Cleaning lady was exceptional in her job and also friendly with kids.
Everything was fine. Clean, cozy, neat and beautiful. Full equipted kitchen, also air conditioning, dishwasher, washing mashine, hair dryer, bed for baby, bed for dogs. Property next to marios.
13 aitvarų is very modern yet cozy place to stay for a family or friends with two bedrooms upstairs and a great common area downstairs. Huge windows is a massive upgrade! Morning coffee with sunrise entering the entire place is simply magic. The place was clean and tidy, the host very responsive to any questions. Location is peaceful and calm, the ferry to the seaside is close by if you want to go to Juodkrantė/Nida. Overall, highly recommended!
