A very individual hotel, with appropriately decorated rooms. A real change from a chain hotel. Nice big bathroom. Freshly cooked breakfast, very helpful staff, excellent location.

A beautiful hotel, one of the best I have stayed in. Everything about it was just spot on - room amazing, breakfast in a wonderful setting and lots of choice, location right in the centre of the old town. It couldn't have been more perfect.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
I Iiked:
-Room interior at Deluxe wing
-Food at main restaurant was tasty and fresh.
-Very good gym: clean, ventilated, spacious, everything functioning
- Vanity SPA: no kids allowed, not over-crowded, good saunas.
- Cleanliness
- Reception work
- Massage at SPA
Everything. The only thing I wish they would have is kids meniu (meal with no salt, sugar I mean, as example oats without salt and etc). Overall the place and customer service exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
The whole experience was great, we were very happy with the set up for private party for Christmas Eve. The service was great, even tho we only had one server he did his job amazingly. The spa area was great, we managed to get few treatments and were very happy and relaxed.
The surrounding of the property is breath taking, very easy to get too. We had fun even our grandmothers have enjoyed they stay here, the staff was accommodating when comes to gettin the good access rooms for them so I was happy with that.
Room was old fashioned, but tiddy and clean.
Breakfast was good, altouth same options every day.
Local spa is very good, with pool suitable for children and even babies.
Local staff was very pleasant.
I liked the new part of the building, there are modernly equipped rooms, a great SPA right below (you can choose for adults or with children). Of course, a room in a new part cost more expensive.
The surroundings are very nice - small lakes, park with trees, path for a pleasant walk.
The vitality spa was very beautiful. And bonus, kids are not allowed. It cost us 19 euros per day, which is okay.
Breakfast was good. Not great, but a lot of different things. More suited to east-european palates than Scandinavian. Nice lakes around the hotel, but the place is a bit worn down.
Loved the lake outside with lots of different things for.kids to play on. Including kayaks and paddle boards and if you hotel guest it was free of charge. The rooms, the interior, breakfast, all superb 👌
The Spa was lovely, the grounds were fantastic and the size of the family room suite room was amazing. Brekkie pretty good too. The golf course were really accommodating with the children and we had a fab time on the practice putting greens and the driving range.
The rooms were spacious and kid friendly. Staff is really nice and helpful.
