It was an excellent experience staying at M-stay colombo. The staff was superb & they knew what a guest wants & did exactly what was needed. Many times they went out of the way to help us. They helped us a lot & behaved very softly & politely. I would really recommend this stay for short & long trips. We were in colombo for some religious function & bcoz of this stay we were able to attend the funtions properly.

The hotel is lovely, it was clean and the room was big enough, with super comfortable bed. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was okay, although I would prefer more options then eggs (especially local food).

I received a warm welcome by the hosting family, even though my booking was very last minute. The house and its garden are an ideal place to rest from the city’s hustle and bustle.
Quiet place to stay. Lovely hosts and friendly grandchildren, super sweet dog, loves cuddles. You are staying downstairs in their house, the family upstairs..
Aircon is in the bedroom, a fan in lounge. Simple breakfast, jam, toast, bananas, egg, coffee /tea. Bathroom good size, hot water shower.
Small area out back with some chairs.
Could be helpful including a kettle with coffee/tea etc..and maybe a small refrigerator. Nice to have a cuppa in room in the morning.

Great location and excellent 2 x 2 fully furnished apartment for a family of 4. The 6 nights stay was just as what we've expected and we felt we were in our own home. Apartment was close proximity to all amenities with various food outlets and an adjacent Cargill's supermarket for your essentials.
