We went there to enjoy our vacation, and the room was incredibly spacious with very comfortable beds. The location was brilliant for relaxation. The staff, especially Nalin, took great care of us, providing everything we needed for a nice stay. The manager, Nuwan, was also fantastic, ensuring our complete satisfaction. I definitely recommend this place, and we will certainly visit again on our next trip to Sri Lanka.

It was a great stay. They upgraded our room to their chalet which was so spacious and comfortable. We could use the other hotel near Peacock for restaurant and pool and it had the best view of elephants in the river. They offered free drive between hotels making it very very easy to use facilities. Mr Andrew was deeply kind and helpful and we're thankful for the service.

The views are amazing and the place vibes is unique to wake up and see the elephants bathing. the Staff were very helpful and lovely. Fahim was really kind to make sure that I have a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and there were many varieties. I’m not used to eat fish and curry in the morning but I really liked it.

A nice place and the staff will get to know you well. the pool is really nice and the villas are comfy and cool. Great location, good value, I wold stay here again. The rooms feel off to the side and away from the busy street.

There was a misunderstanding about our room but she fixed it easily 😊 Bed was very comfortable You see elephants in your balcony , location is in heart of pinnawala We took our dinners in hotels restaurant, it was enough and delicious, price is not high
