The homestay had an amazing location close to Pinnawala centre and the orphanage. The family room was clean, bright and perfect. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. But most importantly the hosts were lovely- very friendly and went out of the way to be helpful incl letting us leave our bags ahead of check in and arranging us a taxi to the airport.

The room was clean and with a nice terrace looking into the beautiful garden. The area was really green and we also saw peacocks. A tuk tuk was provided to the main hotel where we had an amazing buffet breakfast and a super clean pool. The value for money is amazing!

Gayashan is the most amazing host, friendly and humble, picked me up from the airport, we did a 2 day trip to the mountains, he drove me to a lot of nice places and was always helpful and courteous.
The accommodation is simple but has a special natural touch, lot of plants and beautifully designed rooms. Breakfast is plenty and yummy. Access to town is easy by rickshaw, you’ll find restaurants there as well. One feels very welcome here!

The location is spectacular with the elephant view but it was sad to see how the elephants were treated by the zoo staff
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We stayed here so that the kids could see the elephants bathing. Probably the most expensive place we stayed and the worst in terms of value but it was fun to watch them.
We can recommend our stay with all our hearts. The apt was big enough for the family of 4, clean and nice. The location was perfect and it was definitely worth the money paid. Our special thanks to Manager of the resort Andrew, who was extremely kind and helpful.
Couldn't recommend enough. This is a wonderful Home Stay with the most welcoming family. We felt right at home. We were welcomed with tea and the onsite bar was a lovely touch.
The host was so helpful and would be a great guide for any tourist experiences.

Nice view. Family room with nice noisy river view. Elephant watching while swimming in the hotel Poole. Very clean big Poole to enjoy with kids. Elephants came closer to the hotel so that we can touch them. Great buffet breakfast and lunch we enjoyed. Very helpful staffs. I will come again
The staff was very friendly and supportive. I stayed here with my family. I couldn't include my child but they added an extra bed. Beds are so comfortable and you can have free wifi with a good bandwidth. They provide free satellite tv. The area is neat and clean.. Furthermore they included a superb breakfast the following day at their hotel. You can see elephants bathing on their balcony while having a bath in their pool with free access.. don't think twice to add this place to your favorite stay.

Wonderful experience with my family.. the hotel is very nice and very attractive cz of the place of situated. We watched elephant bathing and kids enjoyed well. The staff including mohomed and pradeep at the restaurant were very helpful and friendly.
