We got a royalty welcome with real Srilankan Tea. We had a well prepared home made traditional meal for our dinner.
Its a simple place with all the basic luxuries. Also with a cute little kitchen area. Service, clean, food. Everything superb.

Rooms were very comfortable and big. It was about 15 miles by car to the centre. We had rooms at the same floor as reception so there was no view from the window - only on street - and we heard the noise from the reception, not recommend to be on the same floor.

This guesthouse truly took my breath away! The food including a beautiful tasting dinner was the best I have had during my trip. The room is beautifully decorated with a newly renovated bathroom and the balcony is overlooking the mystic, majestic mountains. The manager (and exquisite chef!) is super kind and he even helped me to buy spices. I had my most picturesque breakfast view at this place.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a perfect mix of Sri Lankan authenticity and English comfort..
This is a lovely guesthouse to stay before you take the train. They cook a delicious breakfast and organise a Tuktuk for you to take to the train station. Lovely family hosting as well!
Such a kind and hospitable family! The room was so lovely and very clean, and they gave us lots of helpful advice on how to catch the train and avoid the crowds (which we managed successfully). Breakfast was also delicious.
Superbly clean, well laid out accomodation, a home from home, friendly and accomodating host family, fabulous Sri Lankan home cooked food of our own choice, will stay there again without hesitation, away from the busy trunk road but easy bus/ taxis to Kandy
Place is situated in top of the area and can see nice view. Villa is completely look like which described and it's full of amenities. Mr. Kumara is very kind and professional host. Foods are delicious. Highly recommended for the couple of small family.💯
